Returns

  • To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them.
  • Certain items, such as personalized products, final sale items, or perishable goods, cannot be returned.

How to Initiate a Return

  2. Our team will provide instructions and a return authorization if your item is eligible.
  3. Ship the item back to us at the address provided by our team. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or shipped in error.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days using the original payment method.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where we shipped the wrong item or a defective product.

Exchanges

  • If you would like to exchange an item for the same product in a different size, color, or model, please contact our support team.
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Damaged or Defective Items
